Finally had some time and read all 129 pages this evening... excellent to see that there are signs of life, even if it did come alive in dramatic fashion! I suppose that was fitting though in light of the trial the whole project has been. ;)

When you're ready to roll it out the door to start it up next time, shoot me an email and I'll be happy to swing down your way and help push it out, as well as hold the fire extinguisher.

Hahaha. I've been so darn busy with school, but I'm just biding my time until I have a dedicated garage and then I'll buy back my 308 from Jack and start my engine/trans swap project. I'm still madly in love with my Ducati 1199S... Just replaced the water pump last week on it at 21k miles. I bought a Kawasaki KX450F this winter as well to have some fun in the mud.

Anyway, the next two weekends I'm out of town, but I don't have anything planned after that. I'm happy to help with anything where an extra set of hands will ease things along.

I got got the bill from the cleaner.....$28k, not including any paint and new insulation in the basement. Luckily the insurance is covering that.

Note to self....don't set the house on fire again.......

Thanks Todd.

We're sort of settling in on a short-term/long-term plan.

Short term the car goes to the garage and I seal of a shop space with double drywall and separate HVAC and hand most of the basement back to Lana. Long term we get a shop built. I had the HVAC guy out today to look at it and get me a quote.
